Ole Ukena
Co-Founder & Creative Director
Germany
Ole is a professional artist and documentary filmmaker who now focuses on CRE8. His creative drive opens him to an experimental approach most readily demonstrated when he acts on ideas from children in workshops. When Ole is not in a workshop you may find him out in the world filming or in the neighborhood drawing “realistic” aliens.

Guillermo “Willy” Maceiras
Program Coordinator

Willy has a bachelor’s degree in sociology and political science and a Master’s degree in international cooperation and development. He has applied this education in his career as an international cooperation consultant, working with several NGOs around the world. Willy has always had a passion for people and the arts, and a strong will to learn about the world’s many different cultures. Willy knows firsthand the ability of art to connect through his adventures as a filmmaker.

Marta Bruyel
Communication & Public Relations

Marta has a professional background in Advertising as an account manager and account supervisor. With a degree in Advertising and Public Relations, she earned her experiences working for international and well known companies. Now she thinks working for and with children is a lot more pleasing. Her interest in different cultures has always motivated her to find new and creative ways to communicate with people. She loves to mingle with people and dreams about a better world. Making dreams come is maybe her biggest dream.

Ane B. Rolsted
Co-founder and Manager, Intercultural Dialog

Ane’s background is in Ethnography and Peace & Conflict Studies and she recently completed a Masters Degree in Visual Anthropology. Alongside intercultural expertise, she brings experience from international project managing and teaching. Ane finds a profound beauty in everyday life, through which she explores photography, cinematography, and the intersection between anthropology and art. If you cannot find her at home, she is most probably collecting leaves in the local park or taking photos somewhere around the block.

Prashant has advanced degrees in business and law, and a professional background in management consulting. His career has transitioned to the NGO world because, well, art with kids is just more fun. He likes mountaintops and peanut butter. A lot. Occasionally at the same time.
